iSparks Authorized Sub-processorsCurrent iSparks sub-processors authorized to handle Client Controlled Data* as of July 21, 2026:
Artificial intelligence sub-processorsThe following sub-processors are authorized for possible use on or after August 21, 2026. Listing a provider means that iSparks may use it for the described purposes; it does not mean that the provider is used for every Client, Service, request, or feature. Artificial intelligence requests will be routed only through approved configurations that prohibit use of Client Controlled Data to train general-purpose models and require zero data retention for prompt and response content. Limited operational metadata and transient in-memory processing may still occur.
The model developer named in a model's product name is not necessarily the inference provider that receives Client Controlled Data. For example, OpenAI models may be served by Microsoft Azure and Anthropic models may be served by Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI. iSparks will restrict routing to the providers and configurations described above. Clients may object to a proposed sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds by contacting the SpamHero support team within the notice period provided to them. iSparks will handle objections in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Addendum and other contractual terms. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
